Refund Policy

Payments

  • Free Registration: Registration to the Website is free of charge.
  • Service Fees: Customers must pay the prescribed amount to access any of the Services offered by StampJar Academy. Full payment is required before content access is granted.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, digital wallets, internet banking, or NBFC loans.
  • Third-Party Payment Providers: We use third-party payment gateways and partners. The relationship between Users and these providers is governed by their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. StampJar Academy is not liable for any errors, delays, or disputes arising from these third-party services.

Refund Eligibility

  • No Refunds for Subscriptions: Once you have subscribed and made the payment, you cannot change or cancel your subscription plan. As a result, no refunds will be processed for subscription or membership cancellations.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund of 35% is available if the request is made within 7 days of the program enrolment date.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the course enrolment date

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at academy@stampjar.com with your enrollment details and the reason for your request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of your request and will be credited to the original method of payment.

Cancellations

  • Course Cancellations by StampJar Academy: If StampJar Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to enroll in a different course of equivalent value.
  • Access Interruptions: We do not provide refunds if your access to our courses is interrupted due to insufficient system requirements, such as poor internet connection, incompatible hardware/software, or similar issues.

Special Circumstances

In the case of severe personal issues (e.g., medical emergencies) that prevent you from continuing with the course, please contact us with documentation. Refund requests in these cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products or services, such as one-on-one mentoring sessions, special workshops, or digital products, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
